2012 BronzeLens Film Entry Submission

BronzeLens Film Festival is now accepting entries for our 2012 Festival. Please read the following information and complete the submissions form. Note that if your film was shot in Georgia or there are any Georgia ties of your principals (Georgia residence) there is an entry fee reduction. Verification is required.

BLFF Eligibility

Entries must be written, directed, produced and/or principally acted by a person of color.

More than one entry can be submitted. However each entry must be by separate submission forms, fees and materials.

Foreign language films must have English subtitles.

You are encouraged to submit prior to the late deadline for a reduced fee.

Paper submissions must include a signed original copy of the entry forms, fees, publicity photo 250 word summary of the film and director bio.

Signing the entry form certifies that you are the rightful owner of the submitted work and own all rights and releases necessary for public screening.

We require 2 DVD screener copies (NTSC -US format) in “clamshell” cases. Formats are DVD, BETA SP NTSC/PAL or DIgiBETA NTSC.PAL. They must be clearly labeled with title, running time, director’s name and contact e-mail address. A separate entry and separate fee must be submitted for each film. Payments must be made by money order, bank draft or PayPal only. *No Personal Checks Will Be Accepted.*

DVD screeners will not be returned. Incomplete entries will not be accepted.

If your work is selected, you agree to provide a final exhibition DVD no later than October 15, 2012. Parts of selected films may be used for festival promotion.

There is no premiere requirement. Projects may have distribution.

A press kit is required only after acceptance. Please include a color production photo with your submission.

Notices will only be given to accepted artists by the last week of September.

Narrative Fiction (40 minutes +)
Documentary (30 minutes +)
Short Film (1-39 minutes)
Music Video (10 minutes or less)

Student $35
Georgia production $40

Late deadline July 31, 2012
Standard fee for all categories $60
Student $45
Georgia production $50

Submission fees cannot be waived. They are payable by PayPal, or Cashiers check. Submissions will not be returned. Student Submissions must include a copy of current school identification.
